The beautiful table lamp in the sitting room is made by Sue at Borgh Pottery on the west side of the island. Recently renovated, the showroom has a fabulous array of gifts and you can now even get a coffee!

The Mission House is a stunning church conversion nestled away in the bays of Harris. Home to artists Nickolai and Beka, the church provides a beautiful exhibition space for Nickolai’s ceramics and Beka’s photographs. The photos in the sitting room are from Beka’s beautiful Hebridean flower series.

The islands are very proud of their Harris Tweed heritage. We have tried to accessorize throughout the house with Harris Tweed, to show off its versatility, beauty and colour!

The very talented Gill (my mother!) has been evolving her artwork over many years. Soon to be a permanent islander, Gill hopes to have a new studio up and running soon to concentrate on her artwork inspired by the Hebrides. The painting in the double room is one of her originals, as is the design on our complimentary postcards.
